Products purchased from the Soliton chain of stores can be exchanged or returned within 14 working days from the day of purchase.
Each product purchased is exchanged or returned according to the following rules:
1. Defective product (Manufacturer's defect)
Before being delivered to the consumer, the product is tested to make sure it works. After being certain that the product functions, the buyer accepts it. If a manufacturer's defect is detected in the product within 14 days, the consumer has the option to return it or exchange it for another one.
2. The customer can return or exchange the purchased product without any reason. This is possible when the product is not damaged or has no defects.
Additional conditions:
If the product was purchased in cash, the amount paid is refunded right away when returning the product.
If the product was purchased by non-cash payment (card), the process of returning the payment to the card is usually carried out by the bank within 5-7 working days.
